Breeze Thru Agility is offering Rally Obedience classes including an upcoming 3-week Ready for Rally class. This intensive skills class starts March 1st and will prepare you and your dog to participate in the fast-growing canine sport of Rally Obedience. Regular Rally classes (that require dogs know sit, down, heel, come and stay) will begin in late March.
What is Rally O? Loosely based on Auto Rally, it is Obedience with a twist! You and your dog use various obedience skills to navigate a Rally O course.
Instructor: Rally classes are taught by Debra Theriault who is very excited about bringing APDT Rally for *all dogs* to southern Vermont. Debra is a graduate of the Dogs of Course Instructor's Training Course, an intensive study program for people who coach people to train their dogs. Debra will be supported in teaching Rally O by the Companion Dog Sports Program designed and developed by St Hubert's Dog Training in New Jersey.
Classes will meet Wednesday nights at Breeze Thru Agility's indoor, heated and fully matted training site in Brattleboro, VT. All classes involve fun, reward-based training and are small to insure individual attention.
